Pioner Topcoat is a one component acrylic resin based topcoat with a semi-gloss finish. It is one component. Simplifying paint production and dries fast. It has a semi-gloss finish with good gloss retention. Pioner Topcoat is physically drying and dries fast. Can be used as topcoat in atmospheric environments. 
 
It can be used over the top of Vinyguard , Jotamastic & Penguard range of primers. It is quick drying and is suitable for use both internally and externally. It is available in virtually any colour. It overcoats with future coats of Pioner Topcoat very well, without the need for rubbing down. Ideal if you are going to be doing regular touch-ups. For best results when covering large areas, apply using conventional air spray.
