Penguard Express is a fast drying, high-build, high-solids epoxy coating.

 

Penguard Express is specially designed for new construction and can be used as a primer, midcoat, finish coat or as a single-coat system in atmospheric conditions.

 

Penguard Express has very fast dry-to-recoat or dry-to-handle properties. It has a wide application temperature range from -5C to 40C.

 

Product description:

This is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, high solids, high build product. Specially designed for new construction where short dry to handle and over coating times are required.

 

Penguard Express Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanised steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Penguard Express is suitable to use on properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanised steel substrates. It can be applied at sub-zero surface temperatures. Penguard Express is approved for NORSOK system 1 and is suitable for application up to C5 environment.

 

Suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to highly corrosive environments, C5I or C5M (ISO 12944-2). Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment.
