Jotamastic Smart Pack HB is a high-build surface-tolerant epoxy mastic primer designed for brush and roller. It comes in an easy-to-mix 1:1 mixing ratio making it ideal for smaller maintenance and repair jobs. It is specially designed for areas where optimal surface preparation is not possible or required. It provides long-lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity. It can be used as a primer, mid-coat, finish coat, or as a single-coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments.
 
For use as an anticorrosive touch-up coating for steel structures where small repairs are required and spray application is not practical. The  aluminium version includes auminium pigment for improved barrier effect.
 
It is easy to mix small quantities which minimises waste and can be applied on surfaces with lower quality surface preparation. Jotmastic Smartpack can be used alone or in combination with single or two-pack topcoats. It must be applied and allowed to cure at temperatures over 10°C.
